We are a booking agency. Flights are operated by independent CAAN licensed operators, and the operator's conditions of carriage also apply.
Weather and safety
All flights are subject to weather and operational safety. Departures may be delayed, rerouted or cancelled at the pilot's or operator's discretion. We will reschedule you on the next available departure.
Baggage
Baggage allowance is shown per route, generally a maximum of 15 kg per passenger.
Payment and changes
Payment is by bank transfer, card or cash on arrival, as agreed when your booking is confirmed. Changes and cancellations are handled according to the terms confirmed with your booking.
Insurance
You are responsible for travel insurance covering delays and helicopter evacuation at altitude.
