How to book a helicopter flight in Nepal

From choosing a route to boarding — what to expect.

1. Choose your route

Browse the helicopter routes or use the price calculator. Decide between a shared seat and a private charter.

2. Send a request

Use the booking form or message us on WhatsApp with your route, date, number of passengers and nationality. We recommend booking 3–5 days ahead, earlier in peak seasons.

3. Confirm and pay

We confirm availability and the final fare first. You then pay by bank transfer, card or cash on arrival — see payment options.

4. Prepare for the flight

  • Keep baggage within the allowance — usually 15 kg per passenger.
  • Carry your passport and keep your phone on for schedule updates.
  • Arrive at the helipad when we tell you; mornings are the main flying window.

5. If weather intervenes

Flights only go when it is safe. We monitor conditions and move you to the next safe departure — see our cancellation policy.
